3 bundle fresh mint
3 bundle fresh coriander
40 grm ginger
100 grm Green chilli
60 grm Peeled garlic
2 tblspn whole cumin seeds
2½ tblspn salt
4 to 5 lemon juice
1 kg curd
1 tblspn black salt

Wash it thoroughly before cutting and after leaf plucking from the stem. By washing after cutting, all the health is gone waste and much of pudina fragrances also.

Wash first leafy vegetables and then cut. You are cutting first and then washing which is wrong

The biggest mistake was washing after cutting mint and cilantro! He should have wash them BEFORE cutting them!!!

पाला भाजी, धनिया, पुदिना काटनेसे पहले ही अच्छे से धोना चाहिए. काट ने के बाद धोएंगे तो पुरे पोषक तत्व पानी के साथ बह जाएंगे महाशय !

Sab bewaqoof hai jisko itna bhi nahi samajhta ki srf recipe ki taarif kaafi nahi hai,pehle poora dhaniya podina ko saaf karna hai phir dant tod k dhona hai aur phir kaatna hai.2 paani se.Magr inko bade amount me banana hai to bas apne hisaab se jo Kiya aur sabko jaise k duniya ki pehli authentic recipe jisko koi ni jaanta aur taarif karke Mar jaare.Safai ka dhang pehle sahi se seekho sirf like k liye mat maro

Mujhe hotel ki chutney humesha Bohit thikkha Lagta hain... Agar aaplog Dark Green Mirchi ke Badle light green mirch use karenge den Chutney will not b so thikkha..! N Small children will also b able to eat..!

Par aapnei aise hi mint ke bunch cut kar diyei, ye bhi to dangerous hai, kyonkei kai baar dekha gya hai ke inmei shotei snake, gandoyei aadi hotei hai , vo jo isko bunches bandhtei hai vo ikatha hi jameen se kaat leitei hai, ek baar palak ke bunch mei bhi snake mila tha

The tip re. curd was very helpful, thanks. That gives the "mass or body" while mixing. Till now, I was using a combination of some water, small tomatoes, etc. to get that "body" while mixing. Of course, with curd, the chutney has a slightly lower (fridge-)shelf life

Only one issue. Ginger is okay (but should not be much as it adds to the bitterness) but kachha garlic bohot hi smell karta hai. So we add fried garlic.
