this is a great recipe but a warning with those like me who have terrible heartburn issues or ibs - skip the lemon, i did it once and felt like i was going into cardiac arrest 😭

I have ibs and acid reflex. Lemon isn't bad however every person is different. Just watch how much lemon you have and don't make the drink with lemon frequently.

Hey Kristina, when I juice some herbs like mint, or kale, it upsets my stomach. Cilantro is okay, parsley okay, in small amounts... Mint can't, kale also upsets... Maybe a tiny I can. Is this the oxalates? I tend to infuse my mint instead. Thanks and looking great, fitness chica! 😅

Are you cutting them or putting them in whole? I usually put my greens on the bottom and weigh them down by putting heavier fruits on top. Works every time. 🙏🏽

Smoothies and juices and fibrous salads and lots and lots and lots of fruit will result in… loose stool, to say the least. Which is sorta the point with this diet, since it’s an eating disorder.
