Generally I use the content within a month...I don't store it for months... prepare it and use it within 4 weeks..spray it once or twice for every 4 to 5 days

No curd cannot be used...if you add curd to it...it will become coconut curd...to curd texture... So.. only buttermilk is preferred...

It will have that pungent foul smell due to fermentation...so no issues...
