If I am not mistaken, this looks like a very good natural fertilizer for the plants. It has been seen that when plants are grown in very good nutrient rich soil, and the nutrients are replenished regularly in an organic manner, then they grow well, and develop good resistance to diseases. Just like a human being who eats good healthy diet daily, develops good immune system, which therefore fights infections and prevents diseases... Further, the bacteria growth in the solution also kills fungus and other germs which harm the plant... A nice home solution for our gardens.. Thanks for the initiative.. 😊

@@truth8069 Am already using. Don't spray on small seedling plants. May need dilution for those. Can't use for leaf miners. I trying nictinomide for those. Look for wetting cum sticking agent solution to mix to these. Helps for us in tropics when it rains for the organic pesticide to stick on plants longer.

So far so good. I only have minor leaf miners problem. Read somewhere this pesticide not able help for leaf miners. For caterpillars, leafy worms, best still to kill it and leave it on the leaves. It emits certain chemical and other caterpillars will avoid. So far so good. My lime plant is saved.

You can probably use jaggery, just boil it with some water but I don't think you can replace yeast. Yeast is essential to breakdown all the rice curd and molasses into alcohol which baking powder cannot do.

Hi--your shows are great and quite helpful to me. I am in Hong Kong and starting to grow container veg. But I seem to be having trouble with some sort of rust or what may be fungal problems in the wet summers here. What might I apply to stop this problem or at least get it under control. I find the problem essentially terrminal for beens and tomatoes. Symptoms are on leaves. Once they start to show there is little I can do to deal with it. I have had some luck with Neem oil, but during summer it may burn the leaves too.

Hi Suraj ji.. I normally follow your video and have great respect for your methods and techniques. But for this home made fungicide/pesticide, I feel it was important to clearly mention regarding dilution by 1:10 before spraying. We tried it as it is and all our plant leaves got burnt within 1 hour. Request you to edit this video and mention about dilution before spraying else people like me who are new to gardening will lose their plants in very less time.

@@naleenidas8444 Hi. Brown sugar will do but effeciveness will vary. Brown sugar is combination of refined white sugar with approximately 5 percent molasses. We should use molasses or unrefined sugar which has few chemical components such sulfured dioxide etc helps with fermentation of insecticide/pesticide recipe.

Dear Surja Ji, Firstly, thank you very much for all the amazing videos and for sharing so much knowledge with us. You helped me and my plants a lot :). I’ve made this solution but it didn’t really brew, I’m in a colder climate (Europe) so perhaps that’s the reason. Now I left it for three weeks, stirring daily, and finally it starts to smell sour and more like alcohol. Do you think it’s ready now? Thank you sir!
