Something I don't see mentioned anywhere is how exactly you use Changeling currently since if you do not eat stat specific food and instead eat current food (for example Beledar's) it will randomly change or not change the stat your changeling currently has. To 'combat' this you can simply eat the food of the desired type from old content then once your changeling has the stats you unequip it and then after you've finished eating you reequip it.

Jak I'm surprised you didn't meantion High Speakers Accretion. It does on average 50-60mil per dungeon for me, on top of giving int and to a lesser extent, mastery stat stick. Its rated low on throughput on QE but man, the damage from it on top of the int is nice.

11:39 you talk about shielding trinkets for higher keys. Everyone says it's a bad trinket but the broken egg shell from grim batol currently hard carries me through 10s.

I have a question about Creeping Coagulum. How does it increase output? It says it absorbs 1.2m healing and later release it as 890,924. Doesn't it actually reduce healing?

I never get two meta trinkets because the meta is always "get the two best stat sticks" and I'm mostly playing for fun and having no on-use trinket is just never fun. Also I find it funny that the Coaglam from City of Threads isn't even in the list. I genuinely think it's criminally underatted having any effect that turns overhealing into something useful can be useful for certain specs in certain situations. Now the trinket is a bit undertuned imo because overhealing currently isn't exactly frequent (unless you play in very easy content) but some specs that blasts overhealing whether they want or not can make good use out of it in some rot situations. It's certainly not S tier or anything but it deserves to be on the list I think.
