Nice description but how does one sample to find out which to get as all the RIC models sound great ? I am trialing the Oticon More 1 now and find them to be much better than the Oticon Opn 1 Mini-rite I already own. But it seems that some of the others could be better. So difficult to make a choice!

Hi Philip and thanks for your comments and question. Yes it can be difficult to choose as there really are many great RIC hearing aids on the market. There are subtle sound quality differences and it also depends on how they are configured and programmed to your hearing levels and what you are acclimatised to. One way to know for sure is to have a split trial as mentioned in my video. Where about are you located?

Hi Phillip, thanks and Yes there really are some excellent options to choose from. It can come down to personal preference, how well they are set for your hearing levels. Yes I think trialling a couple of these top models may be the best way to make an informed choice. We tend to prefer what we are already acclimatised to and sometimes to get more speech clarity we have to push you slightly beyond your most comfortable settings and this can take time.

which is best for a guitar player musician. I tried costco and they all failed in fidelity.. sounded like a tin can 60's AM radio
