Top of the line models will cost between $7000 - $9000

I bought the phonak Audeo Lumity about 10 months ago. I don't think they were ever adjusted for my needs, they were just dispensed by a Kaiser partner audiologist. Now, one will not hold a charge. Though it is under warranty, everything has to be dropped off at the audiologist office for an undetermined time period. There is no apparent way to get any service without paying out of pocket, and sending them off to somewhere for unknown time period. These cost thousands even with Kaiser medicare advantage chipping in. Phonak 'support' says rechargeable battery can be replaced with 'a service'. There is no info on how to get 'a service'. I am not a happy customer.

Tengo pérdida auditiva del 70 % en cada oído me probé ya los audífonos Phonak y se escucha muy metálico hace un año me probé los Wide Moment 440 y escuche muy bien que entendía casí todo lo que me decían , alguien sabe si existe algún otro modelo de Widex que incluso pudiera ser mejor que el Moment 440 o de plano otro mejor aunque fuera de otra marca que me pudiera recomendar para hacerme la prueba ya que estoy considerando la compra de los 2 soy de México .

Widex just dropped a new hearing aid line. Will you be reviewing that hearing aid. I ask because I’m a Widex Moment user and probably will be updating later this year or next year.
