huh, I actually didn't quite get that one untill nearly the end of the story: it's a god of _problem solving_ no wonder the damned thing is so dangerous when it stops bothering to put up a facade.

Ah yes! That one ! Dionysus the Greeks called him, god of the vine ,of intoxication, of liberation from the rules , of prophesy ... Quite a burden on a new god, but he never bitched, h just had another drink. Don't piss him off, he may be happy go lucky most of the time , but he is a god of the wild. First comment ,first like . The accidents continue.

The Dionysus can actually trace his roots back at least to the minoans, Where he was an underworld god of madness and still wine, grapes and intoxication, but his emphasis was on his power over madness and the wild.
