:D I love this video, I see you have a very interesting collection of spices and their info, since I'm mexican I'd like to share with you 2 things: 1) In Mexico there are 3 varieties of the word chipotle, it can be found as chilpotle or even as chilpocle, and it is because of its origins, 2) I love the flavor or chipotle, I think it's my favorite

I believe Flea, of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, would debate that he is the hottest pepper of all time 😂 All jokes aside, looks like a strong recipe to try for our Christmas ham!

I’m sure Flea does feel that way. LOL. You’d should def try it. If you want more spice, use a full tbsp of cayenne. You won’t be disappointed.
