My sister, I get so upbeat and happy when I hear that rooster crow, your entry tune, and your opening salutation... "Hello Friends!" 🥰

Hi Constance I love the creole seasoning blend I’ve been making mines for almost 35 years now. My grandmother taught me how make my own seasoning blends. It is delicious I use it like an all purpose seasoning goes on any and everything . From fish to chicken, vegetables, soups ,stews even when I make chicken salad it’s delicious. I almost use the same ingredients that you use with an exception of the basil I’ve never used basil before I’ve only made mine with thyme and oregano I’m gonna have to try the next batch with basil and see how I like it thanks.

I also make all my own seasoning blends. It’s definitely trial and error to get them just the way you like them!

Loving these little spice jars that you put all your spices in. I was hoping that you would have a link in the comment to where you purchased them.

Thank you so much for this video. I just decided that I would start making my own blends in 2023, and now I can make a start already. I can not easily buy the blends where I live (Bulgaria) that I am used to, so needs must - plus I want to start using herbs etc from my garden. I'm now off to look on your website for others (hoping to find Chinese 5 spices there)
