Thank u for this video. Pls must it be cold water or room temperature water? Can I warm in d oven or griller if I don't have microwave? Pls reply, it's important. Thank you

double boiler if you dont have microwave and do not boil it. just until the glucose is dissolve, use cold water to bloom gelatin

Pls what is d purpose of the glycerine? Is this recipe good for all seasons both hot and wet

Glycerine help to keep it pliable for a longer period and help to minimize drying out too quickly when working with it (rolling out, icing sugar/cornstarch, application, avoid elephant skin). so far so good. i used this in all my fondant cakes and no problem with the weather rain or shine.

Depende po sa pag keep mo. Pag hindi naman ma contaminate and sealed up to 2 months po..
You will no longer want to buy sugar paste after seeing this recipe
