Hot Sauce Williams used to have the best ones in Cleveland. Tangy sauce with a little kick and they slathered it all on there. Miss that place. So good

Didn't know Cincinnati had them too. They started in Cleveland.

Montgomery inn is a traditional barbecue sauce used in Cincinnati. It has a tangy-sweet profile. Love the video. Cheers!

Oh Virgil Whitmore is turning in his grave RIP Virgil! This is a Cleveland thing as so many have commented. I'm a Clevelander and we frequently make them at home. Since you dipped your toe in Ohio regionals, I'd love to see you replicate the Roman Burger from Mr. Hero. This one is another Cleveland favorite.

Wow looks good, Greg! Well, as for the Cincinnati style bbq sauce, I wouldn't be surprised if they added hints of chili powder, cumin, and cinnamon, lol. Enjoy and stay safe.

Living in Cincy for 25 years, I haven't heard about this "Polish Boy Sandwich". Sounds like I've been missing out! The slaw sounds like a winner for pulled pork. Good video sir!

I remember those winds. I lived in Fontana as a kid. My grandmother was visiting from Cincinnati and had been there for over a week when the winds hit. She had been outside and came in all excited. She said "I didn't know there were mountains that close?" My dad said "Yep, it just takes the wind blowing all the smog out to sea to be able to see them." Kinda sad in hindsight because that was almost 40 years ago... can't imagine what it's like now.

I noticed that you cooked the fries in a Vevor. Weren't they the same company that made the vacuum sealer you reviewed & recommended? Did you also do a review of their fryer?

The Santa Ana winds are causing significant damages and injuries and death in LA. The map I have seen lately shows the fire is headed towards San Diego. Stay safe, my friend. Hopefully, they'll get it extinguished before it gets that far. And Polish sausage i wouldn't say it's in the hot dog category. But, there's nothing wrong with breaking away from the dogs and doing a sausage or braut video.
