Using your technique, the 5th fish I caught was a unique lake trout 43.513lbs worth $1974 ! I filled up my 220lb net in about 3 hours game time

Awesome. That's a great catch! That why Alberta is my favorite lake. Although a lil expensive, you earn so much money sooo fast, it beats Emerald Lake to me. I would fill my net super fast just like that. And this was before my keepnet could hold those big uniques. I world have to release them before and be maddd. Lol. I need to do a video on this but when you're ready to experiment with different lure, try spinners. And they have a nice mission that rewards a trophy spinner too. And I've been saving my baitcoins to buy the unlimited license here to save that fully 400. It cost 250 baitcoins. I have saved 243. Let me know how things go. Great fishing. 💪🏾🎏 🎣

Thanks Charles man, this helped me a lot. I got a lower level setup that I figured I would share here for people like me that couldnt get your setup yet. All this stuff can be bought at lvl 26: Rod: Basscaster 6'6" Reel: Helios 3000 S Line: Braid .0085" Lure: Medium Spoon 1/2oz., #3/0 A guy might be able to push his luck and try an even lower level setup but that might be risky lmao. The biggest I caught so far was a 25 pounder but I saw somebody out on the boat catch a 44 pounder. Hope this helps

Glad to help and Thanks for sharing your setup Troy. It great to see various setups and varied price ranges. I mapped out my rods early and got them in tiers that I created myself. Enjoyed your guide, I'm fishing in Alberta (on PS4), mostly salmon (rainbow 12' crankbaits pulls them in like candy), it rolled over to night time so I forwarded to peak night hours (11p in this case) and loaded up my big rod with the 1-1/2 Oz, #4/0 version of the same lure you're using and caught a 51 lb Unique Lake Trout as well as pulling in regular lake trout. Cheers

@@CharlesMacro I find the Salmon seem to bite best at night during peak hours at the end where the pike are, I've been float fishing during the day for pike lately as they are worth the most in Alberta(I usually fill a 264 lb net with pike in a day) and if need be at night to top off my keepnet I switch to crankbait (salmon also hit the same shiners at night instead of pike), I just get on the bank at the end and aim in between the two dead trees about 150-175ft and pull them out all day and night (peak hours, of course)

If you go to the right corner of the dock, start facing straight out, then turn to about to your 0:30 to your 1 o'clock. Fire a bottom rod with a shiner out about 100 to 140 feet. There's a drop off there that salmon and lakers like to hang out at. I just had two rods set up in my holders and I couldn't keep up.

Okay now a lesson in big money for white moose …….the fastest way looking at your video : is Pike for the same money with less damage on gear and way faster and remember the spot in the right but also at the beach with rhe right campfire , so know the peaktimes of the salmon and the laketrout and in the meantime pike …….still need about 60 pieces of cleaning the lake grrr anyway thx for the video

Is it more worth it to get a 7lb+ salmon for 330+ or like a 2lb+ walleye for like $150-$300+
@CharlesMacro
@CharlesMacro 4 жыл бұрын
Ok, so the walleye make better money per pound but you have to fish all night to fill your net whereas you regularly catch bigger Lake Trout and Salmon faster and end up making more money in a shorter time even they it's less per pound. Example: I fish Emerald Lake Walleye from 9pm to 5am (in game), fill net, and make 11K. I fish White Moose Lake from 5am to 8-9am and earn 9-10K. I end up making double and sometimes triple the money in the same amount of time. Especially when you catch a few 20-30lb Lake trout that pay $1100-1300. Unless they've nerfed how much you catch, I like fishing Alberta more. Emerald Lake is great at first when you grind 100K but then it gets really boring. IMO. Let me know what you think.

Do you have to have the reel that you have in this video or can it be a cheaper one? I went in to this lake with under level stuff that i thought would work but i hooked a massive fish and it broke everything. great videos keep up the good work.
@CharlesMacro
@CharlesMacro 5 жыл бұрын
You need the weight to be close but not necessarily the exact same reel. The main thing to focus on if nothing else is the weight of reel/rod/line. Try to get them all to match weight or close to each other and try to get them to be equal to or slightly heavier than the target fish. You do have about 5-10 pounds of wiggle room but use that when heavier. I would only go 5 lbs lighter or it gets really hard to reel them in if more like say 10-15 lbs. How big of a weight difference is your reel to the fish I caught in the vid?

Good vid, can you answer this question? I have farmed bass, I'm currently farming walleyes but I don't know wich type of fish I have to catch after walleyes
@CharlesMacro
@CharlesMacro 5 жыл бұрын
I would go to Florida for Bass or one other fish I'll update, Alberta for Lake Trout and Salmon, California for Striped Bass and Sturgeon. I personally think Alberta is a really good next stop. I enjoyed fishing there and the cost/earnings balance was good. California is great money but can get expensive if you don't stay and grind for a while to earn profits. Hope this helps.

How do u have all that stuff from just grinding at emerald
@CharlesMacro
@CharlesMacro 4 жыл бұрын
I would just play like an hour or two straight each day. I was on that game still new, I want to lvl up and get money hungry grind. You usta be able to make about 10-11K per day at emerald lake off walleye if your net is large enough. About 100lbs. That fishing from 9pm-5am of course. I'm actually fishing at emrald lake right now and I can still do about 110lbs from 9p-5a

should I come here and fish for salmon/trout and northern pike or should I stay in quanchkin lake catchin catfish?
@CharlesMacro
@CharlesMacro 4 жыл бұрын
I make good money here with trout and salmon sprinkled in. The pike make really really good money too but not as frequently as the trout. If you're making good money at quanchkin tho, keep it rolling until you've saved up a bit then travel.

Hey up buddy I purchased what u said the counseller 3500 and the fenix 12,10 but it won't let me match them why? Is it because the line weight is 19.5lb and the counsellor 3500 is 22lb? I'm confused I have no money left now... Need some help ? Thanks
@CharlesMacro
@CharlesMacro 2 жыл бұрын
What up LT. With the counsellor you actually need a casting rod. I used it with the BassCaster 7'10". The Fenix is a Match rod. You need to use a spin reel. You may already have one.

Yeah that's a nice catch. Alberta is my favorite lake. When I made the vid, I don't think they had 40lbers yet but they updated. I've since caught about fifty 40+ pounders. At first my keepnet couldn't hold them so I had to keep releasing them. I was PO'd. I plan to do an update video showing of some of those big catches and some new lure and techniques I use now.

I appreciate the help on some of the locations. Came to watch you before even going here. My favorite lake so far is Colorado. I saved my baitcoins and bought unlimited advanced licence there. I use 2 nero 10 10s and fatboys. Bait salmon eggs and just take a spinning set up in your video from there. You don't get to use it at peak times though. Keep doing what you do it is appreciated

Nice catch! Yeah Alberta is my favorite lake. Emerald is great to grind in the beginning, but Alberta has the best money to catch balance and the fights are fun. And when you get bored you can hunt or pike. People sleep on this lake.

I've upgraded my gear quite a bit in this vid. You start with a float at Texas lake. XP Grind catching any fish until you can afford a spinning rod around lvl. 4. I personally saved until I was able to purchase a lvl. 9 spinning rod (Aurora 8' 2" - 3-10lb) Reel (Prima 3500 - 9.9lb) (I think that's the lvl.) Whichever you choose, once you get a spinning rod, buy a casting spoon (gold) and fish off the bridge in the lily pads for spotted bass. Spotted bass have the best money value. I would target Emerald Lake, NY next as it is the first and most reliable money farm for saving up to get gear and go to any lake after that. Let me know how you get things rolling and I'll give you the Emerald Lake tutorial once you get there.
