Да, конечно лучше, чем ТПА 3116. tpa3116 может выдавать мощность до 50 Вт в стереорежиме. 100 Вт в режиме Btl при максимальной выходной мощности. TPA 3251 может выдавать мощность от 50 до 220 Вт в стереорежиме и 600 Вт в режиме Btl.

Higher the amperage, the better. The amp will only use as much amperage as it pulls, so if the amp pulls 5amps, you still have 10a capacity left. If you ever decide to go with a bigger amp or whatever else, the 15a will come in handy. But essentially, as long as you have more amperage than your amp is able to pull, you'll be completely fine.

You can wire two 4ohm speakers to nominal ohm rating of 2 ohm or get a 2ohm speaker and wire it in series to get around 4ohm (depends if it’s dual voice coil or not)
