when your throwing the ball, how many hops is it getting before it gets there? 1? 2? or can you make it very?

Probably a couple of times. Maybe 2 or 3. If you wanna work on picks that it should probably only bounce once.

Another great video sharing drills that really helps infielders improve and elevate their game. I learned a lot of these drills during my career from my trainer and watching Ron Washington. It’s really awesome to hear FC explain why these drills are important. Lastly, great story because that was amazing and yes constant repetitions in practices allows for your game time reactions to be instinctive! Please continue to share great videos like this YGPB!
