It would be interesting to see you run the centrifugal pulp through the masticating juicer.....just to see how much more comes out. (or press it with your shop table top press) Thanks for the juice off! Years ago I would binge watch John Kohler and all of his juice offs and loved them.(the length however was way too long lol) Your juice off vids are just right!

@@arios312 If you buy a juicer that holds the pulp inside, you don't have the do that, since it holds the pulp inside it has more time to keep spitting out the juice, versus ejecting the pulp, that's an advantage of a non pulp ejecting machine, but the disadvantage is you can't continually juice for a lot of people.

I have 4 juicers lol. 1. Omega nc800 horizontal (i’m guessing that is cold press) 2. Tribest slowstar vertical coldpress 3. L'EQUIP XL Pulp Ejection Juicer(centrifugal) (John Kohler recommended this long ago, now discontinued) 4. Tribest Z-star 710 manual hand crank juicer for my wheat grass juice and banana whips! One day I hope to get a Norwalk! 😁

Why do u need 4 juicers and considering getting another one?
@poolahpot5 жыл бұрын
David Goldberg lol well, I don’t “need” all of them. I wanted them. They each juice things differently. The omega is my first choice go to for root veggies and greens. However it does not do soft items as well as the vertical slowstar. The small centrifugal juicer is for super fast juicing when on the run. It however destroys a lot more nutrients than the other two slow juicers above. The hand crank manual juicer is the best for wheatgrass which I drink every morning. The Norwalk is the best out of all of them for keeping the nutrients. (kinda like what the girls use in their store but a table top home version) Im’ not a makeup junkie. Nor clothes, shoes, purses, jewelry etc. But health products are my weakness.😉😃

I bought a stainless steal Jack Lalanne Pro Juicer from Meijer about 7 years ago for $150 and it does celery awesome. It’s been the best centrifugal juicer. Of course I drink the juice right away, but the flavor and frothiness on top, like the head of a beer is personally preferred. Two of my friends own Kuvings masticating juicers and they always have to be strained due to being a little chunky. I like Kuvings, and no doubt the quality of juice is better, but I’m all about Champion Juicers. That’s my homogenizing non centrifugal choice. There’s just something about them. Maybe because they remind me of something from the movie Star Wars, the Empire Strikes Back. If you where to put 4 legs on it...lol

Alternatively if you could please recommend which juicer you would recommend to avoid this problem? Thank you.

Ugh sorry I know how expensive those juicers are.. unfortunately celery is stringy and kinda of a *beep* to juice. I’m able to successfully juice 48oz of celery juice (about four large stalks) consistently on my Caynel slow masticating juicer before I have to clean out the port. If you don’t want to mess with this at all I’d go for a centrifugal juicer. I did just see them post this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4ewf3-Xg6ybiLc I would like to get my hands on that juicer if it really is that easy to clean. The Caynel juicer is only a hundred bucks and the same size as the other high priced slow masticating juicers. I’m really loving it.

Masticating Juicers work better at low speeds because of their juicing action. All masticating juicers give a more nutritious juice by breaking down the fibre of the fruit and vegetables more thoroughly, releasing more nutrients into the juice. Something I read so it might just be more nutrients that it did extract

Nutri Bullet is a blender not a juicer. It blends the celery and you're left with juice and a lot of fibre mixed in. You can put this juice/fibre mixture through a strainer to get the juice out but bear in mind that you need to press down on the mixture well to extract the juice. Juicers separate the fibre for you so you don't have to go through the straining process yourself.

We had a masticating juicer and a Aicook centrifugal juicer like this one kzbin.infoUgkxXHNfxr6U9XrHQpsdjUrKNVP231BfS9q9 Both of them made about the same amount of juice.The Aikcook one died in 3 weeks haha. China brand. LolSo we bought this one since at least we knew the brand name and it was about the same price.Imagine our surprise when we make two 16 oz cups of celery juice and have leftover celery. We juiced it and made almost another cup! Same thing happened with our cucumber juice. So it's about 20 - 30 % more juice than our other two juicers including the masticating cold press one!The motor is so much stronger on this one than the Aikcook. It sucks in the vegetables and spits them out like it's angry.I've only had it a few days so don't know how long it will last but all the plastics and interior is much stronger and better made than the other two we had. If it breaks, I can buy a new one with the savings in vegetable bill. Haha.This literally is going to save me about 60- 80 bucks a month because of the juice output. No one likes to waste food.Update! It broke in 8 days. Motor started freaking out. I'm going to get another of them and try my luck because I really really want this one to be the one.
