There’s a place close to me in Birmingham called Shazans who do a unique Sherpur Donner which is like a spicy signature stir fried donner similar to the red donner! It’s exceptional!

Definitely still there and still amazing. Best in Rusholme although not much donner on “curry mile” these days is shawarma and kobeda. Oldham Star is the other best place in Greater Manchester.
