Guys please be careful. The M1 series has been officially discontinued by Apple but since a massive amount of people still own the M1 series macbooks, the services might be available for a little while but outdated apple products are never the way to go especially if you're buying anew. I would suggest you rather go for M2 if you're on a budget ( although there is not much difference between the price of the M2 and M3 airs ) and M3 if you want the latest stuff for yourself, something which will last a minimum of 6 years or more regarding services, updates, etc from the date of release so you won't have to worry about a thing till at least 2030. They've not "discontinued" per se but they stopped the production of the 15" M2 air as well after the release of M3 but since that's an extremely recent product, you won't have any trouble with that regarding anything so if you can get your hands on a 15" M2 air then that would be the best way to go. I'm currently using the base model of 15" M2 air and it's a beast. I love the fact that I have so much more space on my screen, just make things so much easier on the eye rather than having everything crammed in a 13.6" display. If you currently own anything lower than an M2, I would suggest you upgrade to an M3 air or if you have the budget, then either the M2 or M3 pro models.

Let me give you guys Transparent review. I bought M2 256 gb one , it's my first Mack book . Completely, satisfied with performance and quality design. If you compare with Laptop ,it's for better. I am using my Mack for development, writing the coding. I feel M2 is best and budget friendly Laptop people should go for it. M3 is expensive slighter more performance but I feel M2 is enough for all kind of work.
