Best lechon imo are the unknown/unbranded ones.. I tasted one in project 8 QC Tita Cez lechon I think is the name.. Bomb with their suka loaded with cucumbers. A LOT cheaper too. But of course Cebu deserves its own list not because its better, its just different.. Its a matter of what you want in that particular day.

I wouldn't buy the lechon from la loma. If you missed it, a lot of the lechon are left outside to cool off. That area is extremely busy with vehicles passing by with lots and lots of exhaust. The exhaust land anywhere and everywhere. Try Cebu lechon instead. My favorite is Alejo's. You don't need a sawsawan to eat it.
