Right on brother for answering my question I appreciate you! What's the highest level of zombies you've been? I got to level 32 I think the other day
@bugmanminnesotaАй бұрын
Hey guys, it's your Friendly neighbor from Minnesota. Yes you can place your plant back into veg! I've personally completed this process multiple times. Place your plant back into your veg room and wait around 40 days you will start to see new growth and soon you'll be ready to take clones and to keep your baby! I've even gone as far to pull the plant out of 5 gal containers and (spanked the baby aka spank the rootball to make it shed soil and therefore you can place the plant into a smaller container like a 2 or 3 gallon container to save space in your veg room. -Bugman

@dr.doppeldecker3832Ай бұрын
This guy definitely is good and knows his stuff, but it's never smart to get all your knowledge from only one source. There are so many other great growers here on KZbin;)
@420sceneАй бұрын
@@dr.doppeldecker3832 yes, however, and many people would agree on this, when you start learning from a whole bunch of other people, some of the information can become confusing and conflicting when you start out. I started learning from CaliGreen and Grow420Guide. It’s good to have a few creators in your arsenal, but it’s not good to follow too many people. And I’m not saying that as a KZbinr, I’m saying that from a grower who learned by watching just a few select growers
@Catch_u_reloadnАй бұрын
Having a garden has definitely helped me out in my journey growing good medicine as I have been able to transfer the knowledge from one to the other relatively easy I watch about 4 to 5 different grow creators and random ones I see sometimes but I can always decipher the BS. I want to stick with the ones that are tried-and-true and have had similar results to me. I also know a couple Farmers so that helps too

Been around 420 scene a long while. I’d just like to mention I have experience of receiving at least a half a dozen plants. I believe it’s called monster cropping. They do get very large and can be very hard to maintenance only time I like to do this is if I plan on planting the plant in ground lit doors next spring

Smokin 3 bears OG San Antonio tx.. I don't offset my seeds in the pot.. in a 5 gallon you have 8 inches from the stem to edge of pot, when the roots hit the pot it tells the plant its out of room, so if you off set it where now you have 5 inches to the pot from stem it's like growing in a 3 gallon instead of 5, smaller pot smaller plant just my thought.. love the vids keep it up

Congrats on the new fam addition! Been subbbed and following for a month or two. Great stuff man. Super helpful. Did my first official grow in legal Ohio this past season. It turned out awesome, but I can always do better. Strictly outdoors due to family scenario, but the Uk cheese turned out great. Anyway thanks.

Regarding the last question trying to keep a genetic thats already deep into flower. I wouldnt flip it back into veg, but id leave a branch or two with couple buds and make fem seeds with a Sts/colloidal silver. You can also just let it ripen fully and some will herm on themselves and produce seeds, but its not as reliable.
@isaacsantiago545Ай бұрын
As far as flipping flower back to veg, "try it. See what happens." If it were me, I'd probably keep like the 2 lowest branches just to see how it works out. Good luck
@MasSmokesАй бұрын
I’d say give the flower reveg a try. You got nothing to lose if you have space to do it. You’ll just toss it out otherwise anyway

If you use Co2 you can finish flower sooner since the plant can take in more light and mature faster, but just using IR and UV lighting. Nah. Shaving a week or two off of flowering time using Co2 is common.

I killed 2 seeds by taking the seed hat off improperly when I was first starting. Now I’ve also saved 5 seeds with stuck hats in a row, so yes you will probably mess up at first 🤣 only you know if you have steady hands. Regardless though if you’re not going in there with 2 sets of tweezers another great less intrusive way is a single drop of hydrogen peroxide dropped on the hat, you want the HP to get in-between the plant and the seed shell. This separates the shell from the plant and doesn’t harm the plant, apparently HP is found in nature too. I’ve used this on 2 plants with success. Hat stayed on a bit longer than I wanted but within 24hrs of a drop of HP the plant was able to knock the hat off itself. I agree that if you’re doing this in haste killing the plant can push you back a week due to popping new seeds and you definitely could be losing the best pheno in the pack but the truth is you’ll never know and keeping the hat on for days can cause the plant to grow stunted, slower than the others or simply die. Just watch your plants you’ll know if they need help. If it’s been more than a day and a half of seed hat for me that’s when I generally intervene

Planning on getting a new light, what do you think of targeted full spectrum lights. There are several, but I'm interested in Kind led X-420 with targeted full spectrum light and a separate control for UV/IR. Also, I'll supplement with a UV-B light. Community, let me know if you have any experience with this light or a similar light. Thanks
