Got to cook it low and slow. Backpacking stoves often concentrate the heat in one spot and gets too hot in that one spot, sometimes difficult to control the output of the stove. Perhaps do some more cooking videos and evaluate cooking equipment/gear. It looks like the pan did a decent job of distributing the heat. Nice video! Nice work!

@@Biodiversity-Institute I think that’s a great idea. Thank you for the suggestion! The pan did distribute the heat pretty well and the stove I was using is the BRS. I find with that stove I can control the flame really well now that I know how to use it.

Whats your review of this a few months later? Still a good fry pan? Hows the non stick abilities going?
