We spend a hangover day in London eating our way to recovery. On our London food tour we stumbled across Jolibees near our hostel. When we were in the Philippines Alex became obsessed with the yum burger. He got to try it again along with the chicken joy, Philippines answer to KFC.

Been to Jollibees in Earl's Court, London. Like when I was in Naga City, and many more places, think I was the only westerner there lol, London that is 🙃.... There was huge queues, waiting outside, felt I was back in my home from home., lol and I'm Irish 🇮🇪👍🏻

Tip. Hang over is just dehydration. Spoon of salt in a tall glass of warm water will cure a hang over. Love you guys.

A pretty good cure for hangover is a fried egg (sunnyside up), couple of toast bread, and a bottle of beer. Really effective

We don't have yum burger in the Manhattan, New York location and I am so bummed. It is so disappointing that they don't have it on the menu because they said they don't have enough grill space in the back kitchen. Well then, I put a feedback on their online survey. How come Times Square doesn't have a Yum Burger for crying out loud? There must be a way. Spaghetti is good & yeah the chicken is better in NY than the smaller batch that I had in the Philippines. 😆😋 Temple of Camden for a seitan chicken, bacon burger??? Yum!!

Lol i prefer other fried chickens to Jollibee too but I would definitely go to a Jollibee if I was based abroad (for the nostalgia factor). Their champ burger or even aloha burger is better than the yumburger. Have you tried it?

Guys, a simple and effective way of avoiding this experience.......if you have too much of alcohol, drink a liter of water before going to bed ......and wake up fresh the next morning.

It's been quite a long time since I've commented here. And, yes: Jollibee's is exactly like Mcdonald's: good when you're really hungry ..... And how unhealthy is it! But if they manage to persuade consumers to buy and eat their fast food burgers, chicken, & fries, you've added another buck into the pockets of its founder, Tony Tan Caktiong, who is swimming in his billions of dollars, while consumers gain more fat and cholesterol in their diets. Oh, well. Jollibee is really meant to be eaten maybe once a year. Just sayin.' Take care, T.B. The Philippines is missing you.
