These are great...looking forward to trying them for my hubby's birthday! Have one trick to share with you for meatballs. I mix my breadcrumbs, egg and herbs/spices together and then add them to the meat. I also grate fresh onion into the mixture to make them moister.

I have been making things with Hillshire thin sliced beef that comes in those plastic containers if I don't have steak-umm. I just cut in strips and do a quick saute.

When cooking potatoes, pasta, etc., I always wait until the water boils before adding the salt. I made the Philly Steak dip....it was awesome and I've made the Buffalo chicken dip several times. My husband likes that to be HOT so I typically end up making 2 versions of that.

The Buffalo Chicken dip looks amazing!!! That is definitely something I want to try. P.S., your ham/potato/cheese soup recipe was amazing!!! I made it a few days ago, and my husband and I both absolutely loved it!!! That’s going to be a staple in our house…and I might be making more soon, because I still have a lot of spiral sliced ham leftover!
