Catherine, I love watching you prepare your ingredients and cooking the final product. You are systematic with your directions and your voice is very kind but directive. Please keep sharing your recipes and taking us through the process. I use your recipes frequently. I also want to say that you give us the measurements throughout your preparation. Many other chefs refer us to another area for exact measurements which I totally hate because it's another step for us,. Please keep your presentations as they are. It never occurred to me to use foil inside the crockpot and I've never seen anyone else use it either. Crockpots are so hard to clean and the liners are too large for mine and relatively costly. Every one of these look so unique and delicious and I'm sure I'll try several...just don't know which one will be first. Thanks for such great ideas.

Have you ever tried an Italian style meatloaf??? Instead of using ketchup or BBQ or other stuff for a glaze you use your favorite pasta sauce with garlic powder,onion powder, oregano and Italian seasoning to taste in with the hamburger as well as added to the pasta sauce and stuff it with monzerello cheese. I haven't tried it but I bet a pizza style meatloaf also would be good. Using pizza sauce as a glaze and add add onion powder,garlic powder and crackers and one egg to the hamburger and stuff it with monzerello cheese and diced up pepperoni. There's so many possibilities with meatloaf. Keep the videos coming. I enjoy all your recipes.

Easily crush Ritz crackers by setting a tube upright on a counter or table and pushing down on the top end with your hand. The crackers will begin to crumble and you can mash them through the plastic with your fingers & thumbs to finish crushing them.
