This video makes me want to visit Malaysia right now, haha :) Food is definitely one of the best reasons to travel. I wish more travelers would support the local economy by eating street food and at neighborhood restaurants like you. Completely safe, super delicious, and so so cheap. I mean why travel thousands of miles to eat at big chain restaurants serving food you can eat back home and at inflated prices. Doesn't make sense to me. Anyways, thanks for uploading.

This is why an Indonesian, my fav street foods are definitely & will always be the ones from Asia (whether it's Singaporean, Chinese, Indo, Malay). Also, Indo & Malay's dishes are very similar & interestingly has a slight but noticeable difference in taste. But if i really had to choose between all 3, i'd have to choose Singapore's Hainanese Chicken Rice. The convenience & the affordable price of getting one from a hawker stall/food centres + getting a cold, milo with condensed milk or any sweet drink really, is one of the best feeling in the world. I'd hope to go back and visit Singapore once the pandemic is over, only because i want to taste their authentic food.

I like the different foods because they have different tastes! I hope you find some good stuff. Enjoy aghassi!

Seeing different cooking of foods, great ! I don't eat street foods everywhere I go. The sellers and food handlers are not that observant to food sanitation and their own body hygiene. None of them wear mouth masks to cover their mouths when they talk. There are no sneeze guards either. Food preparers and handlers should wear gloves and mouth masks. Foods there may be delicious but they also are mixed with dust and saliva, possibly perspiration too.

Yep agree, you'd have to either be a local or have what we call "a strong stomach" to be able to eat these kind of food (street food). I wouldn't recommend it to privileged Western tourists, as believe me i've heard countless stories about them getting sick afterwards.

Great video, it's fun to watch how it's made. At finland we don't really have streetfood, we only have kiosks which sell you boring, western stuff. For some reason I'm not interested in french fries or hamburgers after seeing what malaysia has to offer :D

In Korea, street foods can be problem because of tax issue. But I think street foods are interesting to keep it. As I heard, South Korean government tries to give them business license with some rules.
