Welcome to Day 2 of Ordinary Adventures Vegas Vacation! We ate delicious nachos at a restaurant called Nacho Daddy & enjoyed the BEST margaritas we've ever had in our entire life! The margaritas at Nacho Daddy are award winning and let me tell you, they deserve all the awards! We also explored Miracle Mile Shops a tiny bit after lunch. As others have said here, yes the Miracle Mile was originally the Desert Passage. A surprising amount of the theming is still there. The sky ceiling is the big thing. It transitions from day to night every 20 minutes or so. It was painted by a company that specialized in painting realistic skies. It’s harder than you think. They did the same thing at the Forum Shops at Caesar’s, several years before. But forget the “rain shower”. Yeah, water falls from the ceiling. Wow. You didn’t miss a thing.

Me and the wife love your channel. We’ve been to downtown Disney and Knott’s berry farm for lunch after watching your videos. Makes for a looong day, we live in Modesto. Five hour drive, lunch and hang out for 3-4 hours, five hour drive home same day. Worth it! 🤣 We need to go back soon

Went to Vegas for our Honeymoon in 2018. It was such a amazing time! First place we went to was lunch at Gonzalez y Gonzalez in New York New York. Rented a mustang and drove to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon one day. We found a awesome pizza place in New York New York called New York Pizzaria. It was so good that one night we decided to stay in our hotel and since it was walking distance we ordered a large pie and brought it back to the room. Easter Sunday we ate a all-you-can-eat brunch at the Aria with bottomless mimosas. We enjoyed Bobby Flay's burger joint twice while we were there and went to the Taco Bell Cantina. We are foodies, and Vegas is FOR SURE the place to go for that. The Atomic Bomb museum, Avenger's Station, and saw Jamie Kennedy do stand up at the Tropicana. Not to mention my thrill junkie of a wife jumped from the Stratosphere hotel.... check that out when you can. Would love to see more Vegas videos... Holds a very special place in our hearts.

It used to be the Aladdin Palace Hotel and casino and the Mall was the Shops at Aladdin's (Dessert Passage) the rain storm was all part of the idea that you were at an outdoor market. I think that if you look at the painted sky and tops of the buildings there are still clues that it used to be based upon an Arabian market. Kind cool to find a forgotten bit of Vegas.

The Planet Hollywood Hotel used to be the Aladdin. The theming of the Miracle Mile still has elements of the older hotel. That's the reason for the random lake in the middle lol.
