Nope U need the fire move for Dialga, and BB is one of the best charge moves in the game

I am so glad that i quit pvp, with 400+ dialga's and 300+ palkia's (both without a single hundo or a 98% with 15 attacker and 40+ lucky trades) and a garbage solgaleo and a poop zygarde, i cant make any top teams. I just gave up after 3 years of grinding legendaries. Good vid tho!

IVs are not the be-all and end-all. 98% IV is more than enough if you have the skill.
