Idk I am 300lbs and I prefer a ultra plush bed. When I slept on a firm bed I just woke up with numb limbs. I ended up getting a spring air ultra plush hybrid. Has 13 gauge coils but it's a 15 inch pillow top hybrid with 3 inches of serene foam on top. So lots of pressure relief with good support under the comfort layer. 2 layers of firmer foams under the top layer. I sink in, but not too deep.

In my experience as a side sleeper, weighing 150 pounds, after 7 yrs of torture with a foam mattress medium/firm, i am looking for a plush or soft type, cause this has/is a NIGHTMARE! We wasted more than $1,000 and it's been a nightmare from the beginning. So im doing alot more research now before purchasing again. I hope i make the right choice this time around.

You don't realize how important it is to get it right when it comes to sleeping well, until your body is literally in pain, and ur waking up with headaches and neck/shoulder pain. We are going to have to replace it for now with a beautyrest. I think it's the c type? It's what we can afford at this point in time, and we tested it in person, made sure it wasn't foam lol, and hopefully this helps us out. Mattresses have become extremely expensive since last we bought back in 2016 😥 so hopefully this black beautyrest type c works out. Thank you again..

Hello. I purchased the Layla Hybrid over Black Friday but it hurts my shoulders and my wife’s shoulders. We primarily sleep on your sides and a little on our backs. I can’t decide between the Bear, Wink or Nolah? Can you recommend your pick, we like something soft and plush. I’m heavier and she’s lighter but not too light.

Are you sleeping on the firm or soft side? We have found the soft sided to be great for many people. As for your other options, all of these are wonderful choices. The WinkBed and Nolah are going to be a little sturdier since they're hybrids. The WinkBed has a really nice, plush euro-top layer, but the Nolah has superior edge support.

@@SleepIsTheFoundation the soft side. Tried it for 90 days. My wife and I are side sleepers for the most part and we would wake up with shoulder pain. I ended up ordering the Bear Elite Hybrid in soft. Hopefully it’s a winner. The other 2 I considered was Winkbed and Saatva Classic.
