Thank you for posting all of your knowledge on the internet, because I have started to become more self aware and I am on my spiritual journey. So I am glad I can go through the treasure trove you have built on this channel over the years! 😀

Thank you! 💙 I hope it helps 😄 When I started I found it so hard to access good information. So I wanted to help democratise meditation. I think most of the essential points are on here and I’m planning to continue with regular uploads this year 😃 I wish you the very best along your way and let me know if there’s anything more you need to covered.

Happy New Year to you and Saga. Thank you so much for this very helpful review. (Loved seeing the sweet little cat too). Also, I started watching the first season of Eating Plants today and am really enjoying it. Found out about it on your lovely wife’s channel. Cannot wait until you episode is available as it is sure to be great.

Oh my goodness! Thank you Susan 😄 It’s so wonderful to hear you know about Eating Plants! These two worlds often feel strangely apart for me because in my personal life people don’t actually know both exist for me. Even when I talk about eating more plants on here, the meditation community isn’t always the most receptive! Happy New Year and thats out kitty cat friend from Saga’s video about the Bali cats 😄😸

new to meditation. well, i tried it last year with waking up and kinda dropped off after day 4 or so lol. but, i've quit alcohol and nicotine for like 2 years and i'm on a mediterranean diet now for 6 months, think i may try to continue bettering myself by trying meditation again. i was going to just use waking up again, but maybe i'll try that moments of space. subbed to your channel, thanks for the info! wish me luck!

I wish you all the luck in the world! 🌎 It sounds like you’re doing a terrific job! Congratulations 🎉 Quiting alcohol and nicotine is a spectacular accomplishment. I think MoS (moments of space). Is much easier to get into… and what’s easiest is really where the rubber hits the road in meditation. Then as you experience more, different options become available! Also, I had never heard of the Mediterranean diet before as like, something to adhere to… but it’s genius! Thank you. I’m also going to give that a try. I can see the intuitive sense it makes for health and deliciousness.

@@SonamHoani quitting alcohol/nicotine at the same time was terrible, i quit both together. just went cold turkey and grit my teethe through it, best decision i've ever made though! and the mediterranean diet is incredible. all the food i've made tastes amazing. usually i make dinner, and there are leftovers for lunch the next day. was eating fast food wayyy too much, or just frozen boxed food. but ya, if you wanna try it...don't feel rushed. for easy snacks i do bananas and i get raw almonds, throw olive oil and salt on em and bake em for 10 minutes. but cutting out processed foods has made a huge difference physically and mentally! good luck, it's a lot at first, but just take a step at a time. and thanks, i found waking up a year ago through your channel by chance, then this new app by chance again randomly searching youtube lol. so thanks for the help!

Thank you, thank you 🙏 As of yesterday, I have officially started the transition to the Mediterranean diet! I did some research yesterday for my own health needs and Lo and behold the Mediterranean diet was the recommendation! That sounds like a delicious snack I will love! It’s astounding you were able to pull through the quitting. I know with alcohol it’s recommended not to go cold turkey because of how it can actually be dangerous. I think I was reading yesterday as well, that the step really changes the persons personality… Did you notice anything like this? I love leftovers. It such a wonderful way for me to have one less thing to do the next day! And I’ll be making another review next year too :D to keep everyone updated! There’s a couple meditation apps coming out this year that I’m excited for.

Thank you and I wish you all the best on your journey! My main goal has just been to break down some of the barriers for getting this information! I belief the world is a much better place if we all have resistant-less access to the things that transform our well-being the most! ❤️

Thank you so much for your content and truth. Mediation apps have (of course) become heavily capitalized and unfortunately not as good as they could be. I feel your recommendations are genuine and promote some less known apps especially if you are newer to the space. I also think it's important not to become reliant on these apps like you have said in the past. They are a great way to learn and build a foundation. (Especially with the right apps) Again thank you so much!

Thank you so much for your kindness 😄🙏 It makes me feel very warm 😊 And thank you for making this important note! It is true this is my fully my own opinion (I don’t really use apps that often. It’s more of a guilty pleasure for me to see what’s out there and to spice things up in my own practice of usual silence). 🧘🏽 Wishing you a happy day! 😃🙏

Hey Sonam! Nice video bud. Which ones do you teach on?
@SonamHoani10 ай бұрын
Hi Doug 😄 Thank you. I don’t actually teach on any of them! But, I do offer meditation mentoring, 1 to 1 via video calls on a donation basis. 🙂 If you are interested in this, I invite you to email me. You can find my email in the about section on my KZbin channel when accessed on a computer. (My website is down at the moment as I’ve just moved country and I’m in the process of “rebranding.”) Wishing you all the best!

Opened up Moments of Space to see a little Gwyneth Paltrow video... that is, unfortunately, a turn off.

It's a really unusual collaboration, right? Have you seen her on the new episode of Hot Ones? I thought she was surprisingly zen! I don't think they're promoting her on there anymore. And When I did this review she wasn't on there before. So she may no longer be present on the app. 🙏☺️

So what is the best app for meditation .plz tell the best app in your mind .
@SonamHoani10 ай бұрын
I think it’s Moments of Space! I’ve now spent even more time on there and I really like the approach. It’s the only one I’m frequently using in my life today. It does cost for full access though and it’s new so there’s less content on it than the others. But, I still prefer it for clarity, consistency and creativity!

Which is the best meditation app to help focus and concentration
@SonamHoani8 ай бұрын
I’d try insight timer and searching for focus and concentration. Because I don’t think you need to sign up, and you’ll get specifically what you’re looking for. Waking up isn’t the one. Maybe Medito, very quick to pick up the practice. Not all meditation is aimed at focus and concentration so it’s actually a bit of a niche. I like Moments of Space, but it isn’t geared toward focus and concentration and the libraries quite small. Honestly, something like headspace probably has concentration meditations, but they’re up there in price.
