Im going to use them little tomatoes and cucumbers. Next time. We use real chilis or jalapenos. And clamato. I like your video. Going to srnd itvto my cousins who always hassle me to make ceviche. You teach well. Lol

I would like to make this for my wife and I, but, she cannot eat cilantro, tastes like soap to her and ruins the dish. Can I use a substitute for the cilantro?

I would just leave it out of the big bowl for her sake and then mix it into your personal bowl so that you could still try it with cilantro if you like. It’ll be delicious with or without it but it does add something to the taste for people who like cilantro. Hope you both enjoy! And so nice of you to make it for her and yourself!
