This could possibly be the best Mexican Torta that we've tasted yet. Next, we tried jericalla, the most popular dessert in Guadalajara, before heading to one of our last stops tasting the famous Jalisco goat birria. Goat birria is one of the best Mexican street foods in Guadalajara. Full of tender, juicy goat meat, goat birria and birra tacos are a super tasty dish we couldn’t miss.
