The PodMic is quite a heavy mic and the best table arm stand for it would be the RODE PSA1+ that you can check here: amzn.to/4bUFaez If your budget is low, you may get this one as well: amzn.to/4bNMTLD I use a basic one by Maono and will upgrade to the PSA1+ soon: amzn.to/3uGTTcv And no, the PodMic doesn't come with any XLR Cable. You have to buy separately.
