Hello mam ! I m 47 years old lady. Use gentle cleanser like cetaphil, use emolene cream on damp skin(half wet) and apply whenever your skin feels dry and use it at night also and sunscreen solasafe if you have good money otherwise if you stay home all day you can skip sunscreen and only aaply moisturizer
