Hi would there insoles be okay for metatarsalgia? I'm not 100% sure which I have. It's only my right foot.

This looks to be perfect for the Morton's issue I am having. Thank you for the information!

I have flat feet and love a high arch in my insole. I wish there was an insole that combines the high arch from the 2nd sole with the padding of the 3rd sole.

Hi, If you have a neuroma my focus would be on the size of the met dome and not worry too much about the arch height. I hope either pair help with your symptoms

My pain is closer to front arch than these bubbles - maybe 1/2inch - but I may try one - the stick on bubbles are tricky and over the toe looped pads role when sock goes over. Thanks

Trying a larger dome may help. If not a custom insole may be required

I have the Vasole ones. they are good, but as most insoles they make it impossible to wear certain shoes as the fit will be too tight. I've invested in some pads to place in the standard insoles but I still have to figure out the perfect position to place them

You need to remove the existing insole and replace it with the Vasole one. If you do not do that, it will be too tight.

@@LeftLib I did that on all my shoes. But some still get too tight with the Vasole ones alone.
