Whether you like it or not, challenges are a normal part of life. Things will happen that are out of your control. How you choose to respond to those challenges when they arise is reflective of your emotional state.
Something unexpected may come up in your life at some point in your life, so you should welcome that event. Maybe you can learn a lot from that incident. When life doesn’t match our expectations, it’s easy to feel like we have failed, but life itself is uncertain. We don’t fully understand our strengths until we are tested by adversity, problems, and difficult times in life.
In this TEDx talk, Peter discusses how to overcome any difficulty in life and how he survived life in Britain's toughest prison as the only non-criminal inmate. Peter shares the tools he used over a decades-long career in personal growth to overcome tremendous adversity and turn the situation around into a positive one.
When adversity shows up, as it will, start to try to shift your focus by asking better questions, by looking at what you can learn or who you can become, rather than looking at what you can lose. The strongest trees don’t grow in the best soil, they grow in the strongest winds. So, if you want to become the best version of yourself, start praying for some strong winds and don’t complain when they show up.
I arrested the accused charged or convicted of a crime on January the 20th 2017. I was feeling alone at that time because everything was far from me at that time. My home, friends, business, and others just missed them at that time. Since that time I have lived as a prisoner like the other prisoners.
When I got there, there were over 1300 including murderers, terrorists, drug lords, and armed robbers to name a few. After four days stayed, I saw a dangerous event there. One prisoner was murdered that day by a razor blade. I was thinking that I would help the prisoners from that time. When I stayed in jail then I wrote a storybook named was "Mud or Star".

It is very traumatic to be in violent places and knowing that, and I can emphasise with you. From my own experience in my own home I was attacked with big kitchen knife carry on in sock, by someone who I was trying to help (not family). It could end up very bad and it wasn't, but it is scar for life : physically & mentally. When you have been in such a situation and survive then what else can stop you ? We never know what life brings us, lets praise for the best. Bless you for all good work you doing.
