I find the yellow/amber lenses to be the best all-rounder. Offering a level of shading during the day, while still bright enough and safe during the night. The best compromise between a clear and a dark lens.

Are any of the clear lenses polarized or anti glare? I've have some old SG-1 Wiley-X that I use in clear, but the lenses are getting scratched and the headlight glare was killing me.

Great question! There is no clear polarized lens option but an Anti Reflective coating will absolutely help to reduce eyestrain caused by oncoming headlights. Try 'em out!
