BEST MW2 and XBOX ELITE SERIES 2 CONTROLLER Settings In Season 5!

Hope you all enjoy today's video! Had a few people ask about settings for season 5 and with this being what I believe will be the final changes for the game I have made a final settings video for you all! They also did mess around with a few things again with the settings in MW2 so I had to make some changes and share them with you all also 😁 If you have any questions that need answering about the elite controller or MW2 settings post below and I will try to answer them all quickly and as best as I can! 😁

Thanks dude! It's something I'm trying to improve on in my videos haha 😅. These are created all in one take with no cuts and I do sometimes spend too much time talking about 1 specific thing or repeat things in my videos. just a work in progress that im trying to get better at but i do also try and make sure people understand what i am saying especially as some people watch these videos with English not being there first language so it does help those people out when trying to understand as well.

Can you use the paddles as an extra buttons or only change the location of the existing buttons ?

You can change the location of existing buttons and use the paddles as extra buttons to be able to jump etc instead of using that button for jumping/sliding/ reloading etc 😁

Love the video, i saw someone say this on reddit about the curve type with series 2, do you know if there is any truth to it? Please help "Set your aim response curve type to LINEAR in the game in order for the controller to use the customizations set on Xbox Accessories. Otherwise, the controller would be using 2 different curve type inputs and would make your experience with the controller a nightmare"

Thanks dude! and I know what you mean so using linear isn't a horrible thing to do however it isn't a necessary thing I've used my elite controller settings with dynamic for a few years now and have had absolutely no issues with my aim going weird or moments where the controller doesn't act the way it should so this is definitely not a fact but using linear in game isn't a horrible thing to do either however dynamic is simply better hope this helps my dude! 😁

Back again, what's your honest opinion on thumbstick tension? I find myself constantly changing it in game more than I even play the game and do you think it has any big significance? Or if you just used to a tension, it would be just as good as another

@@justinbond15 my settings have changed since this video and I am planning on saving them for the release of mw3 as I do expect both games to perform the same way. My new settings are pretty much perfect for me. I do say that you can adjust things but their is typically a range for certain settings on how much you should adjust them and what is a good range for say sensitivity and fov etc and some settings you definitely should be using. But for now I didn't currently have a plan to do season 6 settings unless people really want it then I can possibly make a season 6 settings video if that is something people would like to see of course 😁

can you please help me figure smthing out? I just got my elite series 2 that I ordered, but when I plugged it in to my pc my aim feels extremely off. Ive played with controller before and never felt smthing like this before. It feels like I have the worst aim acceleration on. It feels so insanely slow when I move my joystick slightly and only get full speed when joystick is furthest to the right/left etc. its really hard to explain but if I cant fix this I will have to return it and I was really looking forward to playing on controller again. (ive changed all the settings to yours and the issue still remains.

Hi So are you using zero tension on the right stick and high kontrolfreek? At zero tension with high kontrolfreek the analogue seems loose and it is worse to aim while playing

Yes maximum tension and 6-6 sensitivity is perfect for me you'll get used to the max tension and will definitely help improve your aim my dude! 😎

I've noticed something that you didn't mention is that you have changed 3rd person ads transition to 1st person ads instead of default 3rd person ads not sure why you changed that

I did but that's for 3rd person game modes in MW2 and I never actually played the 3rd person mode in the end 😅

It's set to speakers for recording purposes haha if I have it set to headset and I get a funny rage reaction etc you guys won't hear it that's why I have it set like that😅

I changed to your narrow idea for the gun and aim assist been a blast, but you were on 120 fov in your previous video, so im gonna change to 105. And safe area was good idea also you can see the map better ... ❤❤

Yeah 120 was great for seeing more and feeling faster and having less visual recoil but losing aim assist every so often was becoming an issue so switched to 105 again especially with how broken and overpowered aim assist is in this game haha 😅

@TazXGold I think you have maybe hit the sweet spot at 105 fov with aim assist, and the recoil may still fit in really nicely for fast movement and visual recoil, I'm only currently playing at 60fps don't own oled as of yet but considering getting a moniter that supports 1440p 120hz to get that 120fps for the series x , however I did hit my pr of 15 kills on vondal, at 60 fps 😂

It does 😅 I just didn't talk about it as I feel the Xbox elite is still miles ahead of the playstation edge both price point and performance etc I also aimed this at mainly those on Xbox but of course the MW2 settings do apply for those on either playstation or Xbox 😁

@@TazXGold ok, if you get stick drift can you change your analogues, nope 😅, and there only 20 quid, not 200 🤣

@@technation9 you can actually change your stick modules it just isn't as easy and a warranty for 3 years for me was £10 on top so I can replace the controller anytime when that fault occurs which after 2 and a half years I have still never had a stick drift issue at all. Playstation edge is automatically £50 more than a standard elite series 2 controller as well without factoring the elite core controller so it is already 2 and half stick replacements more expensive than the elite as well 😅
