Thank you so much for the info. We may be moving soon to Portland from Seattle. Would definitely reach out once our plans are final.

20 years ago I lived in a house built in 1885 in the Irvington neighborhood. A few blocks west of where the Wild Oats was. I'm planning to move back down before the year is over.

hi, how do you rank Beaverton and West Linn?
@movingtoportlandoregon9 ай бұрын
Hi, I like them both. Two different towns/suburbs of Portland. Also depends on the price point you want to be at. Lots more housing options in Beaverton at different price points, West Linn will be more expensive for housing. If you want quieter, further from hustle, more rural then West Linn the choice.

My wife and I are considering Portland. One of us will be in the VA in the hill and I will be at OHSU Beaverton, what would be a good place to live if we were split the commute. Need a good elementary school.

Hi Kadalkol, depending on your budget for a home you have serval great options. If you want to be closer to the city and the hospitals you have Portland Heights and Southwest Hills, both with great schools. If you go a little further south you can buy in Lake Oswego, closer to VA but further to Beaverton but the drive in rush hour wouldn't be over 25min. Give me a call and I'd be happy to jump on a call to talk more specifics. I highly recommend to plan a visit and I can set up a home tour so you get a good idea what the neighborhoods feel like. Have a great weekend!

Hello, thank you so much for this amazing tour. I just wanna ask if there is any racism to others like muslim Arab families in these neighborhoods? Thank u again🌹

Hi Sama thank you 🙏 I haven’t head of any racism directed towards minorities. Portland is a fairly liberal and inclusive city. All are welcome
