Madame Coquette It’s one of the best drugstore foundations hands down. You can build it up to full, is self setting, so you can skip powder all together. I am shocked more people aren’t raving about this. I am so glad I finally broke down and bought it.

Love this foundation! I'm combo. Of course more oily in the summer, more dry in the winter. But I love the coverage and finish. It's not matte, not dewey. It last all day! And like you, I have gone to bed several times forgetting I was wearing makeup because it's so nice!

I have dermatillamania and the struggle is minute by minute. I had a trigger of having pimples that were cystic in nature. I underwent, with the care of my derm, Accutane therapy and it cured my cystic acne. I did struggle with my depression and anxiety with it tho. But I’m so happy with the results!!

Actually... blue light and UVA rays aren’t the same. Blue light IS something your phones, tablets and computers give off and it can/does damage the skin as well. I’d think they meant blue light vs UV rays since they’re not really the same and they could have just said UVA protection. Blue light actually penetrates the skin deeper than UVA and UVB rays and it’s part of the reason I started wearing sunscreen ALL THE TIME because I’m constantly in front of a computer screen for work (and I’m a nerd) I mean it doesn’t REALLY matter tho because either way it means there’s sunscreen in it lol

MJ Williams hev light which is said to do more damage but it is sunscreen and I have to wonder how long you’d have to be in front of a screen to actually get more damage than sitting in the sun. Just sounds bogus to me.

It's true, studies showed blue light can age your skin a bit because it's a similar wavelength as UV! So setting up your screens with night light or warm light/blue block can help.

Have you tried the colourpop foundation? The liquid one... I've really been liking that! I've got dry skin, it's supposed to be a matte foundation but I love it! I've been wanting to try the stick as well! Check out porcelain's channel! She's a cruelty free channel and does videos everyday! She tests a lot of foundations and she has introduced me to a lot of new brands I've never heard of. Golden roses is another great channel for foundation reviews, she's got oily skin and suffers from acne. She's not 100% cruelty free but does a ton of foundation reviews. Also thataylaa has probably over 100 reviews on foundations as well!💜

Hi Cassie. I would love you to try Nude By Nature. It is an Australian mineral makeup brand that is cruelty free and as far as I remember it is also vegan in most products. I use their liquid foundation, because the powder one was no good for my dry flaky skin. But my sister has very oily skin like yours and uses the powder foundation. I also use their primer, luquid concealer, bronzer, blush, highlighter, eyeshadow pallet, lip products and other ones. Have found them all to be lightweight, comfortable and don't make my skin break out. The liquid concealer really is better under your foundation and if you use it on your eyelids it needs to be set because it can crease. But the coverage is really good. The powder foundation would suit you better with the airbrush primer and the concealer under the powder foundation because of your skin type. It can be built up but the powder foundation isn't quite full coverage. The original liquid foundation is light to medium coverage and so is the BB cream. But one of the foundations is medium to full coverage and not a shiny one. So that could even suit you. I really recommend this brand big time and is available online.
