I have one question to that drill. Because i learned, that I shoul look every time to the QB. What do the many twists in the Drills bring me? Can anyone explain to me?
@Christ.is.Kingesq7 жыл бұрын
Looking at the QB should only be practiced and used when is Zone coverage and when you are in great defensive position when covering man 2 man. Staring at the QB while in the beginning stages of man coverage is the quickest way to allow the WR to get separation. The twists in the drills are there to work or quick changing direction while in coverage. WRs do a lot of different things, have to be able to protect you leverage and move with them.
