@mcm23668 ай бұрын
It's about respect for the organization and it starts with personal accountability. Yes, they have a cleaning staff but they are fully capable themselves. Stop acting like they're so busy they can't pick up their own mess. I played college football and picked up after myself. Time and schedule are not the issue. Do you go to school and work leaving crap on the floor for the janitor to pick up??? No, you clean up after yourself.

@@AJXOXO-vz1pn He's been very clear from day one what they do off the field matters more than what they do on the field. How many kids will have an nfl or even a college career??? Deion knows how little things done correctly build the right culture because he saw it at every level. If he doesn't keep cocky young entitled aggressive college bros in check there will be much larger issues with bigger consequences real quick. The facility is your home and the staff is your family = keep it clean & be respectful to everyone. How many young men would give anything to be on that team and would keep that locker room spotless without being asked. You can have beautiful multi million dollar facilities with a garbage culture and garbage players because they don't respect it. That is the point he's making. He was embarassed along with the cleaning staff because his players were lazy leaving a mess for people to see who are deciding whether or not to write multi million dollar checks for nicer facilities. If you have an investor walking your facility wouldn't you take issue with some entitled kids leaving a mess? Kids that Deion is directly responsible for their actions as a reflection of his integrity. Deion is the coach and managing a multi million dollar business simultaneously. Lazy disrespectful young men off the field are even worse on the field especially when they are not in the spotlight. Everyone is accountable for the cleanliness. I have honestly seen worse but what can also help since it's a team is a locker room leader making sure everyone is keeping the standard.

I don’t care if some of these players don’t make it to the NFL. They are learning priceless life lessons. For that reason alone have a lot of respect for Coach Sanders. Life is more than just the winds and losses. Take care of the little things and the big things will take care of themselves. Thank you, Coach!

Watched a college summer league game in Edenton, N.C. After the game the team cleaned the field, got the bases up. Raked the the pichers mound, home plate. That was cool to see today. Go Edenton Steamers😅. I am 64 and was raised on a tobacco farm in Southern Virginia. Sitting here imagining the youtube videos you could create trying to make kids work that hard today.

This is what a team needs, a coach who will give you a kick in the ass when you need it but will love you up when you deserve it

20+ years ago I was in the fire service and people said "don't these kids have parents that told them to pick up their mess?" We had to teach them to cook and clean. I don't imagine it has gotten better since then.

That’s how and why there’s so much littering in our streets and neighborhoods! No body has taught them any better!

There has to be an eyeroll factor when she says people were there to remodel his office. Like what was wrong with it?

Second time he has called the team out that I have seen on KZbin. First time was for poor academic performance . I have a new respect for him now, as I wasn’t a supporter before.
