@@talitafranco7230 that's actually false, unless the cause is of an incredible holiness, with history rewritten and loyalists executed killing a king is always a source of scorn, fear and awe perhaps but still primarily scorn, a king was considered holy and great for commoners and the source of stability and income for nobles no matter how bad he was, kingslayers were rarely applauded, of course there are a lot of exceptions, specifically: executions, by being executed you give a legitimate value to his elimination, riots, when riots happened chaos begins, killed by another king in a duel or similar, since they are of the same rank it doesn't count. Etc. Note that i am mostly talking about kings in the feudal times in Europe specially.

I always find Lothor 'Apple-Eater' Brune to be a dope nickname. It comes from the Battle of Blackwater Bay, where Brune captured one member of House Fossoway and killed two more. Fossoway sigil is an apple (red for one family bunch, green for the other), hence the Apple-Eater.

I really like Aerion Targeryen's nickname Brightflame... I think it describes him quite well, when I read the Hedge knight he seemed very impulsive and with short temper getting angry very easily. That somehow reminds me of a wild fire which is had to stop and which is full of huge and bright flames.
