@@doejohn6197 but that's not a canvas, that's skin. Fingers are usually better as they don't absorb any product and produce heat to warm up the product and melt into the skin. That's why some of the best makeup artists on KZbin, and I don't mean beauty gurus but professionals for years prefer using their fingers

I'm SO glad I found you! I don't wear foundation anything like tinted moisturizer or cc/bb creams or anything ever! I hate the feeling of it! I love the more natural look. I do like to wear concealer under my eyes when I'm doing a more full on make-up look because I feel like if I do it for an everyday look you can see where the concealer ends and my skin begins so it doesn't look right! I need some tips on how to make it look more seamless! Until then my everyday makeup is just mascara, lip gloss or balm and liquid/cream blush. Most of the time I'm just putting mascara on now though since we have to wear a mask but I miss makeup!

@@hanarahayu5283 I have a normal skin type. I only wear a primer if I want to wear a full face of makeup to blur my pores but its like I use the primer almost like a foundation and I'll wear cream bronzer and blush mainly so it helps.

Try using a beauty blender to help smudge the concealer! Just patting on it lightly and somewhat spreading it can help make it look a bit smoother. (Also, try not using too much concealer, as it'll be harder to blend)

I absolutely adore the Glossier blush. I find it a little hard the blend it. But I have recently tried taking their moisturizer and there blush (mixing it) and it gives a glowy blush look. Just a little tip :)))

I have seen some Koreans wearing makeup 2-3 shades lighter than their actual colour (which isnt a problem. Everyone be careful! Ethylhexyl palmitate as it is mentioned in the video for the rare beauty primer can be highly comedogenic meaning it can easily clog pores and cause breakouts, it's not necessarily a bad ingredient but ppl with acne prone skin should be aware of this

Do you finish your products?? I use very minimal makeup too, so I never finish them by their recommended expiration date (but I don't throw it away. I keep using it... lol... but sometimes I still have a lot of product after 2yrs). Same, I buy the mini size most of the time because I don't have a lot of events to wear makeup for. Also, the mini products are usually the good ones because people buy them enough for the brand to make a mini version of them to be brought for travel ;)

YES! This is what exactly I do. To test and review products I should purchase more than I need oftentimes. But I try to purchase travel or mini size products if there is an option for it. At Sephora, there is a section with full of travel-size products so I try to look products more there :) But if it is a cream or liquid formula, it is better to use until it expires to minimize any possibilities for breakouts !
