Hello, so I did try to install the 566.03 driver via NVCleanstall 1.17 and it had an error in the installation as well as resetted my entire nvidia settings, which i also couldn‘t access in the nvidia control panel appearently bc there „is no graphic card being detected“ it also didn‘t show up on my Task Manager. Would appreciate all help 🙏🏼

Hey Khorvie, good video. Are you aware of the 3 second black screen issue when you alt + tab from games to other other apps or desktop. It’s apparently a nvidia issue with their drivers. For me the only fix is to disable DSC in my monitor settings but that makes my max refresh rate 240hz instead of 360hz, and I’m not on the latest windows version. Do you know of any other fixes or if you think nvidia will successfully fix this issue for monitors with higher refresh rates?

so im having this issue where i went outside for a smoke returned and my screen was black , after endless trying i figure out it happened because my nvidia driver had updated on its own, because whenever i disable it in safe mode my signal works normally and i can use my pc but then i cantplay my games i have been told you can reroll you driver update to the previous one so i did and i can then play my games only problem is i cant do use or open anything else something as simple as opening your browser doesnt work and i can only select certain game who have the setting of starting up uppon log in.. what can i do .. im using a laptop with a external monitor because my laptop screen had cracked and it was like 3x more expensive to fix than just to get a monitor for it. i dont know what to do now or what nvidia driver update to use and i can play my favorite games.

I have a 4070 w Win 10 and use 560.94 I think I had 537.58 went to 560.94 for one game talos principle I think. I get no stutter with it and don't want stutter so I'm sticking with it unless these newer ones work better in some game I play. If its not broken don't fix it.

i have a question, why can't the latest driver have all the best perks (like lower latency, better performance?) also it's my first time having nvidia and I don't really understand what exactly to download. Drivers absolutely DO have a tendency to improve their performance on a long term. If you compare any 4xx version to the latest release, you will notice an obvious performance improvement, regardless of the hardware and the game/application you choose. Optimizing any new driver to perform exceptionally well across every possible hardware combination is unreal. Plus, as you noticed, each new driver mostly prioritizes optimizations and support for recent games and apps and new tech, usually overlooking older or less popular ones. If you are just not willing for trade-offs or have a specific use (if you play only one game), you might wanna search benchmarks for different driver vesrions in this specific game or app and prioritize them over the results from synthetic benchmarking tools

I have a question, so usally in creative I got like 1-10 ping right but for like a week now (I fixed it) my ping went to high 20 in creative (I'm not saying 20 is bad I just didn't know what I was getting that) and after trying all the possible solution nothing would work. Another issue I had (I don't think it was tied to the creative ping issue as well bc I fixed it and its the same) is that my internet speed has DRASTICALLY lowered. I went from few hundred download to 20, I literally cant download anything because of how long it takes. I fixed the creative 20 ping and what I did is change my driver but my internet speed is still the same the same (20 download) and I don't know what to do, I tried so many things to fix it (my pc is already tweaked but I did more) but its still the same. if you have any fixes pls help.
