Was waiting for this video to drop. Excellent job and great lists. I would say it came late but Lunaris 2 by Luftrum is high on my list of Virtual Instruments this year. Haven't felt so inspired by pads in a long time.

I knew you made this 3 weeks ago, but I'm of the principle of making best of Year X in Year X+1, since the year ends 31 dec of Year X and only on 1 jan of Year X+1 you have a full view of what year X brought. I don't think U-He Hypha was out in 2022 when you made this list and it probably didn't make this list, even as a free instrument, but Hypha is an instrument that was released in 2022 and I doubt if it was excellent we'll see it in your list of 2023. However, it is like it is and I can't do nothing about that. You do you. I'm have been waiting unitl 2023 to watch this. Happy new year and best wishes!

My New Year's Resolution is to break out all my old orchestral sample libraries and blend and process them in order to emulate libraries such as Drones and Playbox; I am sure that I can do okay, and a lot of fun, and recycle samples that our completely out, as far as modern use. I am all for recycling. No disrespect to the Devs, but budgets have to be slashed.
