Im no Bob Reese but I have been doing parkour for 7 years now and have some advice to give. If you want to join parkour, google your hometown name and then parkour. A parkour gym will give you access to a safe and educational place to learn parkour. The coaches will give you progressions, or achievable goals to get you from where you are to where you want to be, with the safety of mats and the coaches experience to help you
