I can't recall the episode, but there's one where they meet a woman who adapts to become the desire of anyone she meets. The Enterprise is transporting her. Riker is in her room and is extrmemely tempted, but resists. When he leaves, he takes a deep, lildly fustered breath, taps his communicator and says, "If anyone needs me, I'll be in Holodeck 4." I think it's the only time I've seen TNG do a masturbation/holodeck sex joke.
