Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

I feel like they should’ve had ALL the training camp candidates go to the grocery store challenge. Just because you’re thin, doesn’t mean you’re eating the best diet and healthy. All the girls can benefit from nutritional education. I don’t think it was kind to single those ladies out...I would be very embarrassed. Maybe I’m too sensitive

​@@alina-qf7om even the veterans are training camp candidates because they all have to try out again each year. So they are all training camp candidates. Rookies would be those that have just made the team or are trying to make it but have not yet spent at least a year cheering with them.

There's different types of fitness too, these girls are obviously great dancers but it doesnt mean they spend their time in the gym doing pushups or running. I love exercising but I don't think I could ever tryout cause dancing to me just makes me so tired just thinking about it
