Meredith was an actual dancer but her style initially was not DCC. That is to be expected...she needed time to adapt to being in a different atmosphere. Just because someone is really attractive does not preclude them from being a great performer. She was an overall good dancer AND she was beautiful, so of course bring on the catty comments. She could not have made the team if she couldn't do the dances - Kelli is not going to go to that length for anyone and humiliate herself. I think there is a lot we don't get to see on this CMT reality show. It's highly edited to show the "juicy" bits - mistakes and misses and failures. We're not seeing everything.

Malena didn’t know the routines at all, her legs were awkward, she couldn’t remember what she was doing. From day to day, they had to tell her what to do. She was not what they were looking for. The next year she made it to finals but not training camp.

They don't have to have any formal dance training as a requirement, so a lot of them don't know the terms. It surprised me, too. Kat on the current team has no training and believe it or not, even KaShara had no formal training and she's a great dancer.

Her reaction was the cringiest, more than Julia for me. I feel for her loss, but I feel like she was deflecting as if that justifies her making excuses that defy what Kelli and Judy see. Apparently she is NOT the great field dancer she sees herself as. She wasn’t humble or polite to them at all, almost as if they were not entitled to eliminate her. I couldn’t wait for her to leave.

That’s a professionalism thing: the way that Melina handled that was the exact opposite of professional, and Kelly and Judy will not be angry with any of the girls in these situations. The won’t, however, forget that it happened. It’s kind of like making a mistake that you can move on from but stays on your record. They know that’s how she will react and they don’t want that on the team.

I know exactly how Ashley feels. I've had so many people on recommendations say that I'm very rude, closed off, and hard to work with, but when I go to a job, get it and work there for a few months, my manager will call me into her office and ask why I had that recommendations. I have no idea why they wrote that about me, I know that manager didn't like me, but she was also hardly around to ever see me work with my coworkers and the customers. Even the people I work with now say that I'm one of the sweetest people they've ever met, I'm very outgoing, even if I have a rude customer I never let it get to me, I always have a positive attitude.

I love that Kelli addresses her own problems with being misread. I believe she has a huge heart and the cuts take an emotional toll on her but I believe she LOVES and respects the DCC brand so much and she has given her entire life to building the organization to be the best of the best. DCC is the standard that every Pom squad in the world looks to. That’s because of Kelli’s passion and hard work. So anyone that calls her a B word or cold just doesn’t understand how much she cares about the squad and the brand and how much she cares about showing the girls what it looks like to be 100% professional in all situations.

She only cares about what the show can bring for her. She along with Charlotte will bring back a veteran to TC in order for drama and ratings aka have a veteran to call into the office or to cut during TC. If she does not like you, she will find a way to get rid of you. She will bring a girl onto the squad even if the girl is not the overall DCC in order to have someone to cut at Finals the following year aka ratings and drama. She has her favorites who can get away with things, but if a favorite rats out another girl for allegedly breaking the same rules, the girl will be cut while the favorite gets away with it. I have been told more than once Kelli and Charlotte have already decided which girls will be on the squad by the time Finals are over meaning they are bringing in certain girls in order for cuts, drama and ratings (not ALL the girls have the same chances of making the team.)

Kelli and Judy took a lot of heat after Judy was making excuses for Cassie in Season 3. The one scene in Season 3's TC when Cassie ask for someone's inhaler due to her Asthma acting up in practice. Judy posted something on a website forum page about Cassie being sick with mono the same evening she was called out for running out of gas and ended up in Urgent Care or the ER for being sick. People were calling Judy out for making excuses for Cassie while they called Melissa into the office the year before for being sick. I guess Kelli and Judy ended up apologizing to Melissa.

She mentioned this and she said she was much more sick than how she looked on the show. She said she almost didn't make it through that practice. She didn't come back for a third season but I kind of doubt that her being sent for over this had anything to do with it. She had taken a new job and she just couldn't do both.

13:22 this one was REALLY awkward. I get Amy is upset but I feel there was a better and more humbler way to handle the news she was cut. They are aware that ever girl who get to go to training and gets to be on the team is giving something up and dedicating their life to the team. So to sit there and do that and make them feel guilty for their decision to cut you honestly rubbed me the wrong way. If you really sucked then they wouldn't have even let you into the tanning program so... In my opinion she was honest about getting cut in a way that did not feel genuine and not humble. Take the cut humbly and with conviction because you sound like a brat by talking abut what you gave up to be there. They know. If Kelly could she would keep everyone but she can't and this is apart of the reality. Sorry that interaction rubbed me the wrong way. Edit: ALSO 25:05 that comment "I don't know where you guys are tonight but-" was actually SO rude. again like I said. take the news being humbled you got this far. be graceful in your exit because if I was Kelli I would not want you back after that. that interaction was actually insanely disrespectful.

They should have a separate boot camp only for those girls who are.on the bubble of making the team and while the actual squad is at games and stuff these girls should be with an all star cheerleader learning the routines and mastering them so when they get back to tryouts they are game day ready.
