@@leo8273 Sadly it probably would have lacked most the charm of the first game considering the publisher basically stole the rights to the world and fired the original writer and artist (and probably several other involved parties) early on. You'd think they'd keep the rights since their names are on the book that predated the game, but oh well. Maybe they'll make similarly good games as Red Photo, but it's too early to say.

The early parts of the playthrough are the best part. Everything after the tribunal is just watching their reactions to what most people got as an ending minus the detective Cuno. All in all, probably the best playthrough of this game on KZbin.

The best part about 35:26 is that it's the city of Revachol itself finishing the lyrics to DMX. That's the same voice that Harry hears in the HARDCORE party if he passes checks during dance in the church, and it's La Revacholiere - The City of Revachol.. That's an amazing scene as well.

It's also real chilling when Shivers says that the plan for the club will never work and at another time near the church She says: "THERE IS A HOLE IN MY HEART." That church is the Genius Loci of the city. It represents what the city was formed from by the settlers: A hope to escape the Pale in a new, free world. The Return must be very important if She wants to talk to the detective directly inside her heart. I guess both the detective and the city have holes in their hearts, have great experience regarding failure, and a desire to Return. Not 'cared for' by an elitist group who only want to use the city and keep Revachol from her destiny: Resolving one of History's Questions. (Man I do love this game. Just can't shake it from me even on a fourth play through.)

BEST OF. ARRIVING. ON THE SCENE. Hey guys. Siv here. This is Best Of #14 from me, and the hardest LP to compile so far(the second being Dokapon), but was still fun to work on. Had to use a lot of jump-cuts, and the text-heavy stuff had to be left out, like Joyce's history lessons and The Greatest Innocence/Dolores Dei stuff. I put The Unsolvable Case in because it's a really good case file. The most heavily-debated thing with myself was the Evrart-Gizmo joke, as both were fat dudes with their desks being a part of them. While it was obscure-ish, I decided to leave it in at the end. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. Cheers.

God this game... I started playing it in 2023 and knew absolutely NOTHING about it. The only little information I had was that the main protag was the most saddest, wettest, stinky, pathetic old man in the entire fictional world. I boot up the game and immediately got confused because of the amnesia. I thought I missed something. Then, I talk to Klasse and realise holy shit, this amnesia bit is meant to fuck you over. Then I talked with Garte and Kim and loss my absolute shit when my fucking TIE began talking to me. Finished the game in two days. Loved it so much that I immediately started a new one with new skills. Finished that and started a new one, going down a completely different path. This game is so fucking amazing. Easily my favourite rpg.
